Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Astrology consultation services
• Opened or used Rudraksha or gemstones

How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@divyagems.com with your order number, photo proof, and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our side.
